Teresa’s Favorite Holiday Recipes

Teresa Dean, our retail banking sales manager, is known in the office for her insanely yummy treats. So when she agreed to share two of her most requested holiday dishes, we were pretty excited. If you have a holiday party coming up (or any occasion really) and need something delicious to bring, try one of the recipes below!

Hello Dolly Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 cube melted butter
  • 1 large package chocolate chips
  • 1 large package butterscotch chips
  • 7 oz bag of coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 pan with foil. Melt butter and mix in crumbs. Pat crumbs down in pan to form a crust. Mix together the chocolate and butterscotch chips and coconut and put on top of the crust. Pour the milk on top of the entire mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool, cut into squares and serve.

Hot Crab & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4-5 chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 pound fresh crab
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 4 chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup in dip and 1/2 cup on top)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with bread or crackers. (Can be served hot or cold.)
